I am told The Aylesbury (theaylesbury.com.au) has recently changed hands, menu was Italian now it is modern and neo-classical Spanish/European. Great atmosphere up on the rooftop bar, I will have to dine downstairs next time, I heard the food is delish and the restaurant was packed.
